Lafayette Colorado

Hello Future House and Dog Sitter(s). We’re looking for someone to take care of our mixed-breed dog, Georgie in our home in Boulder County home.

We’re located in a quiet corner of Lafayette, CO, about a 15-minute drive to (City of) Boulder, and neighboring towns, Longmont, Louisville, and Erie, with easy access to the Denver metro area. Our two bedroom house, located on about an acre of land, has a large backyard and patio, which provide a perfect location to enjoy a morning coffee or lunch/dinner outside.

Georgie, a 4-year-old ~50-pound mutt loves a neighborhood walk in the morning, or is always game for a ride to walk, hike, or run the nearby trails. She takes a minute to warm up to new humans in her house, but a calm demeanor and treats speed the process. She particularly likes the human ladies.

Our indoor plants manage just fine on benign neglect. Most of them will enjoy water once or twice a week. And a couple would prefer to avoid water until our return. Outdoors, the yard and garden - flower and raised bed vegetables - will do fine without care while we are gone. If the spirit moves, feel free to weed, or simply enjoy the garden as is.
