Delaware City Delaware

(First time poster, please lmk if you need more details.)
I'll be on vacation out of the country for three weeks and need someone to watch after my dog, Remy and my cat, Quito along with watering some plants in my home. In exchange you'll have an amazing home base for adventuring or just lounging and enjoying peace and quiet.
Wrap yourself in a blanket and sit in the Adirondack chairs at the corner of the wrap around porch by the propane fire while you watch mother nature's fireworks evern night at sunset.
Within about 2 hours is Rehoboth Beach, NYC, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington DC, Annapolis. Shorter journeys more your thing??? There is a world class bike path that goes from the house down the C&D Canal!
The property is on a decommissioned military base with lots of hiking and exploring possibilities. (I've been told there is sea glass nearby.) There may be ghosts. Remy thinks so.
You have use of stuff! Inflatable kayaks, balls, rackets, beach stuff and chairs, fire pit, grill, game room, internet... the works!
If you have to work, no problem. I have high speed internet and two workstations each with docking stations and dual monitors.

We can discuss use of my car, you'll need to know how to drive a manual.
