Denver Colorado

We live in a fantastic, walkable area with a ton of ethnic restaurants. In less than a mile, you can walk to two different grocery stores, a Walgreen's, several banks and fast food places, and a library is just around the corner. We are only 1 mile from the RTD lightrail station, for easy access to downtown Denver and the tech center. We are a 1/2 mile from a recreation center (daily admission fee) as well as a park.

We have a basement guest room (a quiet and surprisingly warm space, thanks to furnace proximity) with its own bathroom. We have two hot water tanks with a circulation pump, so you'll have hot water almost instantly.

Two dogs need basic feeding/watering and attention. They don't need walking, as we have a fenced yard. The cat needs basic attention/feeding as well. Our parrot needs feeding/watering once daily, but her cage is built so that she can be fed from outside the cage (without having to reach into her cage). We don't have a rabbit or guinea pig, but this website doesn't have a hamster option. The hamster just needs a bit of food each day and her water checked. Cat and dog need petting -- bird and hamster do not! Poop for any of the pets only needs to be dealt with if we are gone at least a week. We have one potted orchid that needs a few ice cubes a week.

We have a large driveway for off-street parking, big enough for an RV.
