2 bed/2 full bath modern 3-story home in the heart of Austin. We are traveling and need to have cat care for our very friendly, 1.5 year old, fully-indoor cat. Indoor potted plants will also need watering. Our house is in a great, walkable, location, just a mile or so from downtown in the very popular S. 1st/S. Congress area - steps to a ton of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream, bakeries and retail. We have a primary bedroom on the 2nd floor with a king bed and a kid's bedroom on the 1st level with a twin bed. Full bath on each floor. Very modern/open home with 3 stories, a large screened in porch with outdoor couch/dining table and two roof decks. Home was designed by award-winning architect, MJ Neal. Super well-stocked kitchen with everything you'd need to prepare meals - or just great coffee; lots of light/large windows, super fast Google Fiber internet. Private or on-street parking for free. Families welcome, but note that we have only space for one child and two adults max. Note, we have a separate garage apartment over our detached garage at the rear of the property, in which our trusted/vetted handyman lives.
