Windham New Hampshire

Hello,
Consider staying at our New Hampshire home close to beaches, Boston, and spectacular fall foliage

We have a single-family home with four bedrooms on 1,5 acres that backs up to a golf course. Our house is in southern New Hampshire about 30 minutes from Boston, one hour from the Maine border, and one hour from beaches along the seacoast. Our home is well-maintained, close to parks, and located in a quiet neighborhood of families and other empty-nesters.

We have a large yard that requires no maintenance in the winter but will require mowing in the summer. We have irrigation outside but our house plants will need to be watered. We have a fenced-in garden area full of flowering shrubs and trees that provide seasonal flowers from May to October. The garden makes morning and late-night potty breaks for our pets easy, especially during the cold months. Some gardening may be required in the summer in the fenced-in garden area- mostly dead-heading and supplemental watering.

We have a screened (summer)/glassed (winter) porch surrounded by wooded areas with the golf course visible in the distance. We have a large deck for outdoor dining and the screened porch also provides a venue for outdoor dining. We have a fire pit and chairs in a landscaped/ paved area near the deck in the backyard which is nice for the transitional months.

We have two smaller dogs, both mixed-breed rescues (one about 43 lbs and the other about 27 lbs). Their names are Cleo and Diego. One is about 8 years old and the other is about 2 years old. They are friendly, well accustomed to indoor living, and fully house-trained.
