Looking for a winter sitter for our historic Vermont home!

We're looking for someone just to keep an eye on things over the season in terms of pipes etc. in the house and keeping the snow off the deck. We have a plow guy for the driveway, there's a couple of racks of dry firewood for the kitchen stove, and there's a fast broadband connection.

There are c.10 acres of private woods and another c.10 acres of paths / riverside that are beautiful during the winter (though can require some bushwhacking!)

The closest town is Northfield, 10 minutes away, which has great community and better amenities than most small towns in central VT.

The property is on a short private driveway next to a paved road, a short 10 minute drive from the interstate.
