Berthoud Colorado

We have a wonderful large home on 2.3 acres surrounded by hobby farms. There is a fenced backyard, old playset and wonderful back deck. We are close to the cute town of Berthoud, CO, and also only 20 minutes from Loveland or Longmont.

The house plants will need to be watered once a week and there is a small irrigated lawn that will need to be mowed once a week. The weeds can get out of control along the path around the house - we don't need anything to be immaculate, just not a jungle! With a small amount of weekly upkeep, it is very easy to stay on top of.
