Hi,
Come and enjoy the Holidays in stunning Missoula, Montana!
We are looking for a single person or a couple to house sit for us for 5 weeks this winter. It is beautiful here year round. Winter is snowy and cold but stunning and bracing! The house is cosy with a stove fire place and comfortable furntiture.
We have a spacious home that sits overlooking the Missoula Valley. We are close to hiking trails, few minutes drive from downtown with all its offerings: restaurants, coffee shops and galleries. We live in a cul de sac so it's a quiet and a safe neighborhood.
We have two very shy cats. Originally feral they've become very attached to us but very wary of strangers. But they are getting better as they get older. They are 14 year old and both have some arthritis but are otherwise healthy cats. Due to their relative shyness, it's unlikely to be an "immersive" cat sitting experience. We need someone who is okay with that and is happy to feed, water and clean their litter tray for us. And if a connection occurs it will be so lovely. Gracie and Wills are very sweet!
We have a few house plants that need to be watered once a week.

Claire and Don are amazing homeowners. They were so accommodating and generous. Claire's communication is outstanding. We understood that the situation was unique in that the two cats are not really social.....These guys are very shy. Having said that, we fell in love with them anyway! Wils is such a character with a hilarious personality. Gracie keeps herself to herself, no lap cuddles by the fire, but when we gave them space, they rewarded us.
