Hello, I live in an apartment on Chicago's northside in the Edgewater neighborhood. I'm looking for someone to be with my dog, Lucky, while I am away. Lucky loves playing fetch, cuddling and being around people. He's okay with other dogs when he's off leash and playing fetch but prefers to avoid other dogs when he's on leash. Lucky eats prescription dog food & takes medication for his allergies. He doesn’t like to be left alone more than a few hours and gets quarantined in the kitchen when he is home alone. We live in a spacious apartment on a high first floor so there is one set of stairs up. I'm close to the lakefront, beach, dog park, grocery stores, Walgreens, restaurants, church, and public transportation. It is street parking but not zoned and I have a garage space available a half block away as well. I will be gone for two weeks but have a sitter for the second half of my trip confirmed. If better to start a day or two earlier and or finish a day or two later we can accommodate and plan accordingly.
