We are 30 minutes from nearest town and hour to many larger towns. State parks are free and the highest point in Arkansas and other parks with great views are an hour away. There are many waterfalls in the area. Hot Springs National Park and Little Rock are about 2 hours away.
Duncan Dog needs food morning and evening and let outside. Jewel and Furball cats are outside mousers that get fed together in the morning. They all like lots of attention. Muscy & Quacky ducks and Lucky Rooster will sometimes follow around and wait for you around dusk to bring food and close and turn on electric fence at night. They need to be let out in the morning. March usually has plenty of rain but if not, may need to turn on watering system once a week. Cactus and indoor plants also get water once a week. Riding mower around the house area may be needed depending on weather.
There's no cell service for about 10 miles in any direction but we have satellite Internet that works near the house for WiFi calling.
