Oak Park Illinois

Hello! We live in beautiful Oak Park, IL with our 60 lb. rescue Goldendoodle, named Guinness. He is affectionate, playful, and smart. He is 4 years old. We love him dearly, but we also love to travel. And we can't always take him with.

We have a historic home in the Frank Lloyd Wright district. The map on here isn't quite accurate. We are located near Augusta and Kenilworth. We are within one mile to downtown Oak Park and the train to Chicago. You can also walk to restaurants, shops, and parks. You can easily get by without a car. If you do come with a car, we have space in our garage. We also have bicycles available.

You can be guaranteed a clean and tidy house. Our home is roughly 2,000 sq. ft. It has 3 bedrooms, an office, and 2 1/2 baths. The basement is fully finished with a bedroom, full bath, sitting area with tv, and office space. There is also a laundry room in the basement. It's the perfect arrangement for house sitters. You can enjoy our comfortable living space on the main level. Which has a family room with gas fireplace, living room, dining room, and a kitchen with all of the cooking essentials. The yard is fenced in for Guinness. So you can just let him out to go potty.

Dog Responsibilities: feed Guinness twice daily, check water bowl, and take him for daily walks. He also appreciates hugs, kisses, and belly rubs.

House/Yard Responsibilities: water a few indoor plants and outdoor garden. Mow yard weekly. Pick up waste in the yard after Guinness.
