Upgraded condo in a park-like setting, taking care of one small dog (14-year-old male Papillon, 11 lbs). He needs 3 or 4 short walks a day while staying in the neighborhood which is very dog friendly. He mostly sleeps and is very mellow with limited hearing. He needs a daily anti-inflammatory pill which is placed in a piece of chicken.
Easy parking. Easy access to the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and many nature walks. Easy access to beaches in La Jolla and museums in Balboa Park.
Use a sleeper sofa for one only (with additional thick memory foam pillows) in the office/library with its adjacent bathroom. No overnight guests. You will need a car as public transportation is limited.
Wifi, a 70" smart TV, and a Breville Espresso maker are available. Washer and dryer in the downstairs garage. Stairlift for heavy stuff from the garage. Will need to have a picture of your driver's license and/or passport for my protection. Will need a ride (25 minutes) to and from the San Diego airport on April 19 and May 17 (from the car rental location for stress-free pick up). My SUV is available if you have car insurance.
Truly a remarkable sit! Elisabeth is a gracious and generous lady. She lives in a wonderful condo complex with a jacuzzi right in view. Castor was an easy dog to care for. He will warm up to you, even after his "mom" has had to leave him for a bit. What a wonderful area (20 min drive to La Jolla). Thank you Elisabeth!
'Castor the Dog' as I like to call him, was a perfect gentlemen and a good teacher. He communicated just what he wanted, with his food and when it was time for a walk. I even gave him a sink shampoo and he was great. Loved it, stood still and enjoy it. Elisabeth gave me a set of printed instructions making all the rules of the home and responsibilities easy to understand. We used WhatsApp to send photos and we stayed in contact as needed.
