Hello! We have 5 acres of partially wooded land on a mostly private road. We have a very peaceful area to ourselves and are close enough to Kansas City (a little under an hour) to be able to find just about anything to do! We have chickens and ducks with an automatic door to their coop and require very little work (mostly just making sure they have fresh water and their food remains filled in the trough). You will have all the eggs you could want! We also have goats (at the time of writing this in January, they haven't given birth but we are hopeful that we will be milking them in the spring) that we move in an electric fence to keep them happy with fresh grass. We have barn cats that are super friendly but require very little work aside from filling food and water daily. Lastly, we have 3 Australian Shepherd dogs who are currently in a training program and are very sweet and friendly! If you have any questions at all, please feel free to reach out. We are currently trying to plan a road trip to Utah and would love to find someone who can stay here and look after things for us while we are camping.
