Hello!

Come enjoy our country setting about an hour NW of Washington DC. Relax and/or be a tourist in the nation’s capital, explore nearby Civil war sites, enjoy the many local breweries, wineries, parks and hiking trails, too.

We have a single family house in a rural area (we are on a private dirt road off of a dirt road) with about 4 acres. There are 6 homes in total on our private, dead-end road. There are 2 nearby towns about 15 minutes away that have stores and restaurants. We are located in Loudoun County which has many wineries and breweries. It’s a beautiful area!

We have a 9 year old orange tabby cat named Phoebe. She is an indoor cat and quite spoiled. She will require daily wet food feeding (w/medications added), fresh water, litter scooped and lots of love.

We have a few indoor potted plants that would need watering, too. (We have a garden on the property, but it’s too early in the season for much attention there.)

Enjoy the company of a sweet cat in a serene setting.

**Please note** - we do NOT have home internet. Cell service is good in the area so we just use cell phones as hot spots.

Of the many house and pet sits I've had over the years, my time at Vicki and Glen's home was by far my favorite and the most welcoming and relaxing. The rural location was perfect for someone like me who values quiet spaces for contemplation and meditation. The homeowners were very attentive to my needs.
