Wilmington North Carolina

Our house is in the Historic District of Wilmington, North Carolina, and 15 minutes from the beach. The sit time includes Wilmington's arguably best weather and beautiful time of year here. The ideal house sitter will appreciate a historic home in a friendly mature neighborhood. No smoking on the property. The home is not set up for children. You will be caring for plants, and some light sweeping of the walkway in front of the house ( we have a lot of old Oak trees). There is a coffee shop and breakfast cafe a short walk through the park, but a car is essential. There are 2 small well behaved dogs 13 and 18 pounds for this sit. We have a fenced backyard and a doggie door, allowing plenty of freedom for dogs and humans alike.
