EXTENDED HOUSE STAY ALERT!!

Hello! We are looking for a house sitter for the dates of May 17th - June 9th for our Aussie Mix Meelo! Dates are also flexible.

For care, we have a fenced in backyard, so we really wouldn't require you to take him on walks, just to let him out to go potty. However, since this is a longer sit, we could consider walks if we're able to practice the day before we leave.

He loves people, to play with his toys and to get belly rubs! There would be no other people in the house, so you'll have plenty of space (about 2,000 sq feet). You would get our guest bedroom (with a double bed) and a full bathroom to your service! We also have tons of entertainment such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max, plenty of books, an upright piano, and video games that you would be free to use. We live within close proximity to a ton of what Pittsburgh has to offer: restaurants, bar scene, museums, colleges/universities, parks and other attractions!

No rating This was a great sit! Abbie had very clear instuctions and communications and Meelo was just the sweetest pooch who enjoyed playtime but also couch time! The house is a beautiful and clean city house and there's so much great stuff to do in that part of Pittsburgh alone with great parks, restaurants, and shopping. The Gap trail, botanical garden, museums and the University of Pittsburgh just across the river. I would love to sit for Meelo again. Thanks again Abbie!

It was a pleasure to sit for Abby. Her dog is a total ham and loves any and all attention. He often brought toys trying to entice me to play. Their home is beautiful with a cute little yard area in the back. Abby left written, detailed information about the dog, house and the local area which was great to have for referral as needed.
 
KIMBERLEE (Jun 2022 - 4 days)
We really enjoyed this house sit. Abby and Andrew were very welcoming young couple. They gave us loads of ideas on where to go, eat and sight see. We travelled many miles around on the Pittsburgh bike hire bikes mostly along the three rivers. As for their animals, Meelo the pup, was a wonderful, sweet natured dog, he didn't have any bad habits except for the occasional bark at cars in our street and of course the bin men.
