Maryville Tennessee

We live in Blount County just outside the City of Maryville, TN. Located about 45 minutes south of Knoxville, TN. The Knoxville airport (TYS) is 15 minutes away. Short 30 minute drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Home was built in 2020.

Looking for someone to house sit and care for our 3 pets. We have a 38 year old male Moluccan Cockatoo (very large and noisy at times but a gentle giant), 7 year old male indoor cat (hides until he becomes comfortable around you) and a 3 year old female dog (medium size hound mix, still a puppy and high energy). We have an Invisible Fence system and she knows her boundaries. She needs walks twice a day. There is a fantastic Dog Park nearby.

We would like someone able to water plants, but may have automatic system in place by then. Lawn care will be provided by neighbor.
