Colonial style house with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths on 4 acre lot. Large screened in porch and back deck. Quiet family neighborhood. Small New England town sandwiched between 2 lakes with about 6000 residence. Many other small lakes within 10 miles. Our house is 10 minutes out of town. The state capitol is 25 minutes away. The ocean is 75 minutes away. The mountains are 30 minutes away.

Care required is as follows.
Keep house clean
Maintain all house plants
Empty dehumidifier
Mow 1.5 acre lawn with lawn tractor
Fill bird feeders and suit cages
Take trash and recycling to town transfer station
Weed flower gardens
