Alpine New York

We live on a small lake in the Fingerlakes area of New York State called Cayuta Lake. It is located nearby many wineries and breweries if you are interested in those. Located in between two larger lakes, Seneca and Cayuga. We have one 10-year-old German Shepherd. She does require medication in the morning and evening. She also cannot be left alone for more than 5-6 hours due to the medication she is on. The yard is invisible fenced in, and she is pretty good at staying within her limits. She has arthritis and a torn Achillis. So, she limps and has an issue with stairs. She can be a little stand offish when she doesn't know you but warms up to you when she does. Our driveway/road will require an all wheel drive or four wheel drive in the winter time....unless we are lucky enough to get no snow!
