Daytona Beach Florida

House and pet sitter needed for large Colonial style home in Daytona Beach, FL, on the beachside/island/peninsula. There are views of the intracoastal waterway, and the house sits 2-3 blocks from the beach. The House Sitter's America map does not seem to have the correct location marked. The house is on 3/4 acre, fenced, with a large pool.
Bicycles available to use for riding on the beach. Beach is easy walking distance. Use of private apartment downstairs. Daytona Beach is a well-known tourist destination. So much cool stuff to do in this area besides the beach (although the beach is awesome)! Coffee shops, restaurants, concerts, etc. Will give sitter a list of fun suggestions. No smoking or drugs.

Animals:
Three dogs, a Maltese and two Aussies. The Maltese loves attention and lap time. We watch her to make sure she's not hijacked by a large bird when going potty. The Aussies also loves attention, and lots of exercise, like frisbee, walks, etc. One Aussie is 4 years old, and the other is one year old.

We have a large Macaw bird who needs attention and stimulation. You don't have to hold her, but she enjoys a good conversation.

Plants: Watering and monitoring.
