We called this a Cadillac sit in Mayberry (easy sit with a great little town). Stella, the dog, is super easy care for and Pye, the cat, can have a mind of his own about when he is let outside and will beg to go out at all hours of the day but after dark for us it was a no go. Smile. The house was a wonderful change for us to have AC and heat. Marie was great to work with to make this sit one of the easiest in the last few years.
