We have a detailed document we will send you before you come, but in a nutshell: the dogs go out for a walk between 10am and 12pm, then eat breakfast. The cat eats at the same time. They go out for another walk between 6pm and 8pm and then eat dinner between 8pm and 9pm. Sometimes, they need a third walk in the afternoon. Our older dog, Ferris, has a joint supplement in the form of a treat that you can just put in his food. Our cat takes a powdered joint supplement that you can mix into his wet food. We may need you to water plants no more than once a week. We moved into our 1-bedroom apartment in 2021 brand new - we're the first to live in it! We've worked to make it a super cozy space over the years. Kitchen has standard amenities plus air fryer, toaster, espresso machine, soda stream, and more. The kitchen island is a good dining area or workspace - we use it for both! In the living area we also have a gaming pc & B&W printer, sectional couch that folds out into a queen-size bed, cabinets with board games, lots of books, TV with all the streaming apps, and PS4 available if you want to watch DVDs. Bedroom has a king size bed with weighted blanket, another TV, and more books. Bathroom has both tub and shower. Community amenities include gym, heated pool, hot tub, multiple grills, a SkyLounge with a view of the mountains, and multiple WFH spaces.
Our apartment complex is part of the Orchard Town Center in Westminster, CO, an outdoor shopping center with lots of dining, bars, entertainment, and shopping. We also have a Target within walking distance, where we do the bulk of our grocery shopping. Our place is conveniently located - 30 minutes from the airport, a 20-minute drive to Downtown Denver or a 10-minute drive to the Light Rail station for public transport. We are also about 25 minutes from the mountains, 1-2 hours from the major ski areas.
