We live in a small town with many restaurants, wineries, orchards, and hiking trails. We are about 90 minutes from Manhattan.

Our home is a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath bilevel on 2 acres. We have high speed wifi, multiple TVs, plenty of room for a family.

Outside we have a big backyard and there is a fire pit area you are welcome to use. There is a pool but it will be closed.

Our pets include a 6 year old German shepherd mix who is low key and friendly. We also have a Yorkie puppy who loves to play and snuggle. They will need to be taken outside to play or for walks, fed, and kept company. We are a big family and someone is often home so they like human connection. 😊

Our cats are mostly outdoor cats who will just need to be fed and watered.

We live about 4 minutes from the village of Warwick where there is plenty to explore.
