I have a 900 Sq ft 1 bed/1 bath plus a 2nd room used as an office, in a charming residential neighborhood (Rosedale). One block from the city bus, close to great coffee, tacos, bakeries, restaurants, and pubs. The neighborhood is quiet but the cross street is pretty active
Pet care required is feeding and general friendliness to my sweet, silly, very chatty 3 year old Siamese cat. She loves having house guests and playing with her favorite feather toy when she can get someone to wave it around.
I have reliable high speed internet here, no trouble working remotely. We have house sitters several times a year and happy to say they've all been very complimentary.
