Lewes Delaware

I am looking for someone to care for my kitty, Mocha, in the Lewes/Rehoboth beaches area in Delaware. Two bedroom first floor condo in beautiful, safe, sunny, friendly condo and home area. About two miles from a number of beaches....great for long walks, sunbathing and swimming in the ocean, (during the season, of course).
Two hours from D.C., three hours from NYC.
Tons of Tanger outlets a mile away. Movies, coffee shops, history, small town flavor of Lewes, lots of events and things to do. Here, where history and the beach life co-exist. Miles of natural dunes, bike trails, walking trails.
The only things you would be required to do is to give Mocha a lot of affection, change the litter, and sit in my large sunny, glass enclosed porch, overlooking a vast area of green lawn and trees. Private view out from the porch. Lovely neighbors and a patio in the front. My cat is not an ordinary cat. She is almost 7, and is super intelligent. She knows about 20 words and phrases, and is very intuitive. She is a tortoiseshell color....black with orange flecks and markings. She is an indoor cat, except for the rare occasions when she has figured out how to get outside. I told you she is smart. but she always comes back after about 30 minutes or so...
