Our home is in the foothills of Encino/Tarzana. We prefer to have an overnight house sitter to avoid being burglarized. We have 3 saltwater fish tanks with fish and corals that require feeding, but not much else, once per day. No other garden or house care is needed. Feel at home in our kitchen and use the washer and dryer as needed. In the warmer months, we have a pool.
