Must Love Labs!
Hello,
We are looking for someone to come and care for our dogs and house for a month this winter. Our dates are somewhat flexible, but we are hoping to depart around Feb. 14th and return on March 14th.
We are looking for someone who will watch and love our 3 female labrador retrievers. River is 6, Indie is 4 and Juno is 3. All the dogs are very well-behaved and are easy keepers. We have invisible fencing so there are no walks needed, just open the door for them when they want to go out or in. None of them are on medications or have any health issues.
We live on a 10 acre parcel outside the town of Dexter which is a cute small town with all the basics necessities. We are also 10 miles from vibrant downtown Ann Arbor which offers all the things big cities offer on a smaller scale.
The last few winters have been what we consider very mild but we’re not sure what this winter has in store for us. We are thinking that it would be nice to have a couple to watch the dogs that are comfortable in using a snow blower and if necessary starting up a generator. We will make arrangements to have the larger part of the driveway plowed.
We purchased our ranch home about 3 years ago and have updated it from top to bottom. The main living space has two bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, open floor plan and is very comfortable. We have also added a complete apartment on the lower level along with a large, carpeted room for workouts or just hanging out.
