Franklin North Carolina

Our home is located in a quiet, safe wooded residential area. Paved roads. The main living area is upstairs (15 steps) with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large covered porch in front with non covered outdoor patio in back. The town of Franklin is appx 45 minutes west of Asheville, NC. Population is appx 4,000. There are several local restaurants and two craft breweries. The Little Tennessee river runs through the town. Several walking flat paths in town. Our dog, Milo, is a 50# rescue. The vet believes he is mostly Chesapeake Bay retriever. He is quiet, somewhat skittish initially. He would require two walks per day and two feedings per day. He can be left alone for 3-4 hours per day. But he loves car rides and walks. We do have family in town should there be issues with the house and Milo is well established with the vet for any issues he may have. Please contact me for any further info you need!
