Lovely 3/2 home set in the mountain pines but convenient to downtown (1.5 miles) and public transportation, 25 minutes from Bandelier Nat'l Monument and 45 minutes from Santa Fe.
Family friendly for an older child and full use of our home except for the separate office.
Bring your own pet considered, if you are 2 sitters so 4 dogs aren’t too much for walking! No cats, sadly.
We have 3 small, friendly lap dogs who need short potty walks in the AM, late afternoon, and evening. We have a small flock of hens in a self contained chicken coop, Auto waterer and feeder only needs filling once a week. They do however enjoy a dish of fresh water kept filled.
Our dogs like car rides to the dog park if you feel up to that but are quite happy at home.
They can be alone for 6-7 hours a day so you'll have plenty of time for sightseeing!
Minimal care of house plants once a week.
Fish only need to be fed 2-3 times a week. Auto light and temp.

Los Alamos is a destination for outdoor enthusiasts and history buffs. We have 3 national sites in and near town, including the Manhattan Project. We have a ski mountain with lifts a 20 minute drive away. It's a small, charming town with the conveniences of a larger one.
*We now have a shy, arboreal, nocturnal gecko who doesn’t require anything accept a dish of powdered fruit paste put into her habitat 3X a week. No handling or insects, and she stays mainly in hiding. Light, heat, mister are all on auto. She’s not on our list because if you aren’t comfortable putting her food dish in, we can have her cared for by a friend :)
