1 bedroom apartment with a loft (used as an office/creative room). 1 Bathroom. Large 45ft long patio with tons of plants and dog potty patch in the first floor. Smaller patio upstairs with partial mountain view. Tons of natural light. Zen little oasis in the beautiful area of Burbank. Washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen with all appliances of course - we cook all the time, so the kitchen is stocked.

Large, secured building with guest parking, on-site maintenance, leasing office, pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ grills, and gym. Located in a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood just north of Downtown Burbank, where you can find several shops and dining options. Close to the I-5 freeway, for direct access to Downtown LA and all surrounding areas. Get the safe, happy feeling of being in a suburb, all while being a short drive from the exciting, fast-paced city of LA!

Large recreational park across the street, with public tennis courts, baseball fields, lap pools, Basketball courts, etc.

Tons of free street parking.

(Currently) 10 month old German Shepherd puppy, female, will be 1 year and 2 months by the time we need a house sitter. Potty trained, leash trained, knows basic obedience commands. Needs longer morning/evening walks and one short walk in the afternoon. 1-2 meals per day (breakfast and dinner) depending on appetite.

11 year old maltipoo - happy to pee in the patio in the morning, tag along in the short afternoon walk, and then tag along in the evening long walk. Mostly eats once per day, but sometimes has a morning appetite!

Both love treats, attention, play time, and cuddles.

They've been fine to be alone anywhere from 5-8 hours when we go to work. We usually separate them, as the GS puppy is still learning personal space from maltipoo.. haha. GS has doggy door to patio for longer times alone, or a kennel for short bits.

Will have cleaning lady once each week who will take care of plants.
