Relax in sunny central Florida for Thanksgiving! We are looking for a pet sitter for our two family dogs; a 7 year old, 75 pound hound/pointer rescue and a 4 year old, 15 pound Pekingese/Shih-tzu. They are very sweet and loveable good buddies who enjoy playing together and snuggling. They have plenty of fenced yard space to run and play. They spend the majority of their day snoozing inside and basically just love companionship.

Our 2 bed, 2 bath modest but comfortable guest house overlooks a large pool and is situated on two fenced acres.. It's a relaxing respite only a few miles from downtown Gainesville and less than half a mile from a Publix grocery store & restaurants. And our neighborhood is great for walking.
Responsibilities include feeding the dogs twice daily, providing outdoor time (30 minutes/3x day), and retrieving mail from mailbox.
We also have a gentle, older horse on an adjacent property that will be cared for daily by a lovely young woman.
We have been so fortunate to have had a handful of wonderful people stay with our dogs over the past few years - including authors/travel bloggers who featured us on their Instagram account.
