Gold Country & High Sierra - Tuolumne
Janice
We have a 7 acre farm, that has lots of pets.
The 2 mini horses, and 4 dwarf goats, are put in stalls and shelter at night. The stalls require daily cleaning.
Daily feeding and love, of birds (housed outdoors in flight cages), koi, chickens, horses, dogs and the cat is required.
Depending on the weather, some outside watering may be required. Most everything is on a sprinkler system. There are a few indoor plants that may need a drink during our absence.
We have a well maintained 3 bedroom home, that is 20 miles from Yosemite Park.
We are located 8 miles outside of town on a quiet, dead end road, with friendly, nearby neighbors. Our house is backed up to the national forest.
The little town of Groveland features a well stocked grocery store, library/museum, several restaurants, gift shops and the oldest bar in California.
We have 2 koi ponds that are the most peaceful place to relax. You can watch the koi from our back deck and dream the day away. Most visitors call our place paradise.
All our pets and farm animals are friendly.
There is a binder that has everything you would need to know about the pets and property (right down to where the main water shut off is). It even has a list of neighbors and friends that are willing to come by and help or answer questions, during our absence, should the need arise.
We have high speed wireless internet and Dish TV.
