San Diego California

Hi! I live in sunny San Diego in a nice, clean 3 bedroom house with a fenced in private backyard; 15 minutes walking distance to Law Street Beach. The house is on a fairly quiet, residential street with respectful neighbors and a driveway/ plenty of street parking. The house has plenty of space, lots of natural light, hardwood floors, large kitchen space, smart TV, Wifi, heat or AC unit (upon request), washer/ dryer, back patio with a grill, fire pit, & outdoor furniture, a second back patio with shade, and lemon & orange trees on the property.

My dog is 22 lb a rescue pup who is very cuddly and cute! She is generally nervous at first with new people and can take a few minutes to warm up, especially when people enter our house through the front door. She does require medication each morning with her breakfast. Other than that, she's pretty easy! She can be left alone for upwards of 6 hours. She doesn't enjoy walks much or being in busy public places, but loves to play fetch in the backyard or sunbathe outdoors.
