San Francisco Bay Area - San Mateo

Dates are flexible. Haven't booked my flight yet. Looking for someone to take care of my senior dog in the beautiful San Francisco Bay Area. 2 miles from beautiful beaches, lots of hiking. Close to San Francisco for sightseeing. Has a small yard/garden. My dog is senior and needs little care; she's friendly. Peanut loves to lap sit and play with her toy, but happy in her bed also. She sleeps a lot. Peanut has separation anxiety and needs to be with a human all the time. I have neighbors that will care for her a few hours on occasion. You must sleep here each night (or take her with you). THESE DATES ARE APPROXIMATE and happy to change them.

Joy was a delightful communicator. Her house was homey, clean and eclectic: if you enjoy tie dye and folk music, you'll feel right at home. The guest bed was comfortable, and the WiFi strong. I was able to work remotely, seamlessly. Plus, there are lots of snacks, spices for cooking, and a dishwasher! Peanut is an absolutely lovely little 14-year-old Chihuahua. I didn't have a ton of experience with little dogs, outside of hearing them yap, and not totally considering them to be "real dogs." Peanut proved me wrong. Certainly she yaps a bit, but she is every bit as loving, interactive and personable as mid-sized and large-dogs. By the time I left after 6 days, I felt a true bond with her. Cheryl is awesome! Her home is so cozy & Peanut is the sweetest little lady. She'll be your bud everywhere you go. Cheryl's home is so nice, neighborhood is beautiful and safe and close to the beach. Peanut is easy to care for and will give you tons of affection and love. Super glad I got to housesit for Cheryl <3
