Staunton Virginia

There will be multiple sits in 2024 and 2025 so contact me if you have experience with horses. Lovely farm just outside of historic Staunton, Virginia. Wonderful downtown with coffee shops, farm to table restaurants and fun events. Shakespeare theater and lots of good hiking. Monticello and the vibrant bigger city of Charlottesville is only 45 minutes away. I have about 4 to 5 barn kitties. Some are feral and some are very friendly. They get fed two to 3 times a day which just means filling their water bowls and food dishes. I also have 2 well behaved older horses that live in a run in shed and are easy to take care - they are sweethearts and were born here and never lived through any stress. House plants would need watering as well. Mowing and weeding of flower beds in growing season. Nice guest room you can stay in, big TV with fast wi-fi. 52 acres to walk on and explore.
