I live in a cozy duplex, two bedroom one bath. I have a very large yard and a screened-in back porch which is great for the warmer weather. Washer and dryer on the basement floor. I live in a really great walkable neighborhood with lots of parks nearby. Very close to shopping and lots of restaurants. 20 to 30 minute drive into Washington DC. Very close to the local DC Metro. I do have a small 10 lb poodle, a senior dog who's very sweet. Any yard maintenance would be simply watering the plants if the weather is very hot and there hasn't been any rain.

It was a pleasure to sit for Sandy and take care of her sweet and well behaved dog, home and plants. Communication was easy during preparation and during the sit. Sandy had everything ready for me upon my same day arrival and no surprises. I found her home to be comfortable and convenient and only one mile from excellent cycling on the Mt. Vernon Trail into downtown D.C., monuments, etc. This was one of the easiest and most enjoyable sits I have done. Thank you!
