Moss Beach California

House is located a block from the Ocean about a half hour south of San Francisco on the Coast and six miles north of Half Moon Bay. It is on the corner near a Marine Reserve and near hiking trails near the ocean. Other trails well within driving distance. Car available for use to go into San Francisco. Dog, Raider is a lab with shephard mix. He is 13, but acts much younger and is sweetheart and extremely friendly with people. Has his own doggie run and automatic door that lets him out as he wishes. Prefer he get walks every three or four hours, although if left a bit longer, not an emergency. There is very little need for plant care, if any.

A childless couple rents space below my living quarters and are long time tenants and as nice as can be.
