North & Denver - Denver
Chris
Hello! My family is heading out for some Summertime family travel and we can’t bring our fur babies along. We would really love for someone calm and responsible who has the need to be in the Denver Metro area mid-July to watch our house and animals.
We have a 12-lb schnoodle named Murphy (4.5yr), a 26-lb big-miniature schnauzer named Arlo (7yr), and a slinky old kitty named Chim (15yr). They are all friendly, and well trained. They all love cuddles and attention, and the dogs have a bell they ring when they need to go outside. The feeding schedule is pretty straightforward. The dogs do fine inside alone, though we try not to leave them by themselves during the day for more than 7 hours at the long end.
The house is small but cozy. We have a nice king-sized bed you’d be welcome to inhabit. All of the animals sleep in the bedroom with us; Murphy in a kennel, and Arlo under the bed. Chim snuggles in on his cat bed, but as cats do, roams around throughout the night.
There is an upright piano that’s available for musical adventures, a big TV with Roku, Netflix, HBO, etc. WiFi.. an Induction Oven.. Washer/Dryer.. the house isn’t fancy but there are new couches and it’s a pretty nice place to hang. The backyard is large. We are located near 285 and Federal - lots of grocery stores, restaurants, and a movie theater just a few minutes drive away.
We are happy to do a FaceTime tour of the house, meet the animals, etc!
Although the listing says “no” to outside pets, we would consider sitters who also have an animal. We just really need to learn specifics and really be OK with everything before committing.
We are leaving Denver on the morning of July 15th, and returning late afternoon/evening on July 30th. We appreciate your consideration!
Thanks.
Chris
