I wish my pets could write this review. They would tell you how much they love Heather and are missing her now that she is gone. She understood their needs and treated them with extreme kindness. My senile, older dog who struggles with incontinence was not an issue for her. She took care of my house and even did some weeding and weed whacking that I had not been able to get to. Heather left my home in perfect order including a well cared for pup. I felt like she cared for Marley and plants like I would have. This is a repeat sit and not our last. Heather is trusted, contentious, and my dog and I are fans.

Heather took care of our house and cats while we took a long trip to the PNW. She took excellent care of our 4 cats, always keeping us up to date with what was happening and sending pictures. We came home to everything cleaner than we left it with everything outside taken great care of. I had to have emergency surgery in WA state which delayed us coming home by a few days but she was flexible and met with my mother-in-law to get stuff handed off. We were pleased with Heather's stay at our home .She took great care of our two girls, Mishka and Polar Bear, our home and yard. From the very first time we met over the phone and in subsequent conversations she was proactive in following up on expectations and our mutual schedules. She's an excellent communicator too. Heather stayed at our place with our cat while we were out on vacation. She was very professional and responsible. From meeting us via video call before confirming to sending timely updates while we were away. The house was clean and tidy and the cat happy upon our return. Would absolutely recommend heather for any house /pet sits

My experience with Heather as a house sitter and pet sitter was very positive. She was consistent and easy to communicate with. She took care to pay attention to all the details outlined in my house/animal care "manual". The house was sparkly clean on my return and my animals were happy and settled. Heather was communicative, warm, and conscientious. My pup instantly took to her from the moment she walked in the door. I hadn't hosted a housesitter before, so she took time to go over what to expect and to ask questions about River's routines. Heather took care of my house and two cats for a three month period. She took care of the house well, returning it in clean and good condition, and the cats were fine. She communicated well throughout and sent pictures of important postal mail when it came in. I definitely recommend her for house sitting.
