* Travel and Flexibility: Being retired gives us the freedom to travel anywhere, anytime, for short or long stays.
* We’re a quiet, non-smoking couple who prioritize cleanliness and security.
* Happy to water plants, collect mail, oversee maintenance, or handle small tasks to ensure your home stays in perfect condition.
* Our schedule is completely open, and we can easily adjust to your needs, but prefer summers so we can escape the heat in Arizona where we otherwise reside.
* We’re happy to sit for a few weeks or several months, depending on your requirements.
