This is a good time in my life for me to be a house sitter. I'm a retired teacher and a writer, and find that alone time at your home with your pets is a great opportunity to make good progress on my writing as well as to explore new places.

Writing has always been a big part of my life. I worked on newspapers in years past, have been an independent journalist, and have also focused on playwriting and fiction.

I like to bicycle, hike, swim, and cross-country ski, and do a lot of zoom yoga and otherwise stay active. I also love attending theatre, art shows, and concerts.

I'm a very dependable, conscientious person and would take excellent care of your home and your pets, and treat everything like my own. I have been housesitting through this site for several years and can provide references.
