I have had dogs and cats most of my life. Since my last dog and cat past away and I retired, I choose not to get another pet so I could travel.

When I lived in Illinois, I missed having pets around, so I got involved with a local pet rescue group called Gateway Pet Guardians. I volunteered for several years as a foster home, transport pups to adoption events and volunteered at their small shelter.

I also have dog and cat sat for local friends.

Ginnie was very thoughtful in preparing for the sit and demonstrated great care and affection for my dog. She also sent pictures and updates. Furthermore, she went above and beyond when travel issues arose and was flexible and understanding in extending care. I strongly recommend her as a trusted and responsible sitter!

Ginnie sat for our collection of 2 dogs and 3 cats for a period of 4 days. She was extremely diligent in taking care of the animals and they were all in great shape when we returned. She left our home cleaner than when she arrived, even polishing the stove! I Highly recommend Ginny as a sitter. She communicated extremely well, quickly responding to messages, and sending pictures of our animals during her stay.

No rating I can't say enough great things about Ginnie and her housesitting! It was our first time working through the site, and everything went smoothly from beginning to end. We skyped with Ginnie before her arrival and our trip, and we were really happy with how open and forthcoming she was. It was great to meet her before, show her around, and feel like we were leaving Lulu in safe hands.
