  • I worked for eight summers on an organic farm with chickens, cows, pigs, goats, and sheep. Occasionally horses and turkeys too. I knew their chores well and taught groups of teenagers and children to do them with me. I was never the primary caretaker for the animals fyi, so you’ll probably need to fill me in on some aspects of your particular farm animals’ needs.

My goal is for you to enjoy your vacation in peace, knowing that you will come home to happy well-cared-for pets and a beautiful clean home.

I have extensive experience both caring for pets and housesitting, and excellent references.

I have dearly loved animals ever since I got my first kitty and doggy when I was a very small girl. I have had and loved and cared for many pets over the years. At this stage in my life, I have been doing a lot of travel and haven’t been in one place long enough to own my own pets, so getting to come and spend time with your dear ones is a dream come true for me every time.

I also love homes. I know how important they are for our sense of happiness and safety and well-being, and what a difference it can make if someone cares for our home well while we are gone. I do my best to always leave your home as nice or nicer than you found it so that you can take a big breath of relaxation and settle in easily when you get home.
