Amber & Steven

Hello from Prince Edward Island, Canada!

We are Steven and Amber, a happy, animal-loving couple who love travel, the outdoors, and adventure. We are excitedly looking forward to the new adventures that house and pet sitting provide!

Though we are new to this site, we are both very experienced with both property and pet ownership, management, and sitting.

Steven has owned several homes and is currently a landlord, renting out his home here in Canada. He has previously owned his own coffee shop, complete with 3 goats that lived there! He has owned many many animals including but not limited to a great dane, boxer, pitbull, 2 greyhounds, goats, cats, birds, rabbits, and reptiles. He attracts animals like a magnet wherever we go! Steven also has experience with dog training classes and is a wonderful dog trainer, providing a firm guidance with lots of positivity and reinforcement. .

I, Amber, am a speech-language pathologist and I own my own animal-assisted pediatric speech therapy clinic in my home. I love my work, and I feel very fortunate to be surrounded by sweet children and wonderful pets during my workday. The interactions between the animals and children are heart-warming and truly help the children to grow and communicate. I have also owned and managed several properties of my own, both here and in Mexico, where I previously lived for 5 years. I pride myself on keeping a clean and tidy home, and I love helping others, and thus you could rest assured we would treat your home with the same level of respect.

Together, we'd love to continue to explore new places while spending time loving and caring for pets. We love all animals, and have 2 large dogs and a cat of our own. They will stay with my brother while we are away housesitting. Our goal is to put the house owner at ease while away, as we ourselves truly understand the importance of knowing your pets and home are in good hands so that you can truly enjoy yourself while away from home. We would love to continue to explore more of the US, while escaping the Canadian cold!

We are both able to see our respective clients online and thus free to travel to you while still maintaining our work schedules, and also having lots of time to take care of your sweet fur-babies. We have a lot of experience with large dogs, and with pets with medical and special needs as well.
