Hello! My name is Rachel and I’m a 41-year-old paraprofessional living in Metro Detroit. I have a senior dog who is mine and my husband’s main priority and have been volunteering at a local dog shelter since 2017. I also have 2 years’ experience with dog and house sitting and will treat your dog or cat and home as if it were my own. I am receptive to all of your needs and wants concerning your four legged friends and provide transparent communication as well as updates and daily pictures of them! I am active and involved- I will spoil your pet with walks, trips to the park, or lounging on the couch. I truly love caring for animals and will provide the best experience possible for them while you are away.

I enjoy traveling and am interested in expanding and combining my passion for animals and traveling by coming to you near and far. I feel that this will be the most exciting way to see more places while doing what I love. I am open to traveling outside of Michigan beginning in June 2024 until late August as I am most flexible during the summer months if you are not local. Possible arrangements outside of that timeframe can be discussed.
