Ana Banana

My name is Ana and I travel with my family (my partner and baby). We have adjusted our lives to continue traveling. We love adventure, hiking anything outdoors. We also love to meet like minded people in the same boat as us. We are hard workers and can help out with most projects. I am more into gardening, housework, caring for animals and my partner does the physical labor. We have thus far cleaned up an old house, completely renewed an overgrown garden and even did some light construction (building floor boards) re painting and installing carpet. We are currently house and pet sitting three cats. We recently completed our first farm sit, which we are really proud of even with obstacles and lack of instruction. We are very comfortable with this type of lifestyle and have made it work while in transit. Our current interests are to continue house sitting and if you have farm animals or a gardening project we’d love to help out!

Ana and Jarne took great care of our dogs and property for three weeks while we were traveling. They did an excellent job and stayed in regular touch with us. The house and the pups were in good form on our return. Ana and Jarne are a fabulous team and we look forward to sharing our home with them again.

I believe Ana and Jarne did their best with the knowledge they have of dogs and farm animals. Our dog was over exercised, leaving him very painful, for several days. My expectation was, that I would find my house as clean when I returned as it was when I left it. Housekeeping and animal husbandry were more than Ana and Jarne could handle. I wish them the best in the future.

Ana & Jarne did a wonderful job caring for our 22 chickens, 2 cats and house. We were gone for 9 days and came home to all animals well taken care of and a spotless house. Ana sent several pictures throughout our trip or our little animals and asked questions as needed which showed care and concern for our animals. Communication leading up to the sit was also great and they arrived when they said they would giving us plenty of time to show them around and explain what care the animals needed. I ... MORE
