Before Covid I was on Trustedhousesitters.com for a year and sat many different homes with pets. I owned a 32 acre ranch and 5 acre orchard. I understand and respect what property ownership requires. I don't charge extra unless it's more time out then a fair trade and understood up front as a chore requiring more. (Often barn animals are more work.) I love gardening, adore animals but keep a fair exchange and boundaries. I'm responsible and capable. I keep communication lines open.

I'm a seasoned property owner who is now free to help others. I sold my 32 acre ranch with a 5 bedroom home, in Washington State. I also had a 5 acre orchard, I managed and took great care of my properties and raised sheep, llamas, Rocky Mountain horses, dogs and cats.. (Many characters)

I'm Free to go anywhere at anytime, I'm exploring other areas of the country for fun and possible relocation. I'm competent, responsible, respectful and capable with many skills. There's little I can't handle.

Pets need more one on one when owners are away.. I can do that. I'm on no prescription medications, in great health, love to walk and get out.

I love to read and write. I'm independent and have no problem or fears being alone. I've read reviews of bad experiences from this sight and so I'm happy to answer questions and get acquainted and or to meet ahead of time if I'm close to your area. Victoria cared for my home and kitties in Seattle for six months. I was very happy she was available to meet before the sit. She was very responsive and communicative at every step. The kitties and the house were in excellent shape when i returned. I would definitely work with Victoria again and definitely recommend her for a beautiful and competent house sitting experience :)
