What we do:
Provide a reliable and quiet presence in your home. We will take care of your furnishings. Handle the mail and packages. Water indoor plants. Take out the trash. Do light housekeeping. If we notice that something needs a tweak, we are willing to make small repairs (one tool, one hour) repairs. We can run short errands if needed as long as the timing is flexible.
We are very good communicators. If a rare, unexpected problem happens to your home while you are gone (plumbing, electrical, etc) we will promptly contact you and follow your instructions regarding your repair providers. We will supervise any needed repairs and keep you informed every step of the way.
We are willing to discuss other requests.

What we prefer not to do:
Pets: Because we already have pets, we prefer not to care for more pets, although we could probably handle fish.
Yard: We are able to do light yard work such as watering or pulling the occasional weed, but for heavier tasks such as mowing we would hire someone or work with your crew.
Deep cleaning: We will clean as we go daily and will leave your home at least as clean as when we arrive. We will want a list of your expectations before booking. Depending on the length of our stay, before we leave, with your permission, we would consider hiring a house cleaner. We are happy to use your house cleaning service if you have one.
