We need a house sitter

Central Coast & Central Valley - San Luis Obispo

Marina

Hi- we are located in the town of Santa Margarita. We are about 15 min from San Luis Obispo, and about 25 min from the coast. We have a 3 year old Springer Spaniel, Cora, who is fed twice a day. She also enjoys daily walks (but not necessary). Cora loves to be with her people but can be left in the house for periods of time. Our house is fully fenced so Cora can be let out without having to worry.

You would be staying in our guest room with use of the guest bath. Our house is two stories and all bedrooms are upstairs. We have a nice back patio with garden boxes, a few hens (3), and a lovely view. The neighborhood is quiet (we’re at the end of a mostly dead end street) and our neighbors are friendly.

We have Wi-Fi throughout the house as well as good cell service.

We had a wonderful time with this house and dog sit! Cora is a truly great dog; so sweet and well mannered. She's also very funny and full of zest! The chickens were easy and provided delicious eggs. The home is warm, inviting and very clean. The yard is perfect for Cora. The surrounding area is stunningly beautiful and the neighbors were friendly. Marina was kind, generous, and very welcoming.
