Bradenton Florida

We have a small 2BR, 1BA house within walking distance of downtown, the Village of the Arts, and 9 miles from the beaches (Holmes, Bradenton, & AMI) in a relatively quiet & safe area. We have 3 housecats, 1 community cat, and a well-adjusted 20# Chinese Crested who loves everyone. Cats & dog will need to be fed, and there's a fenced backyard, but the dog never objects to a walk. The house has A/C, heat pump, windows that open, cable, wi-fi, Alexa., washer & dryer, and an old-fashioned clothes line. All/any food is yours to consume. As much information ... phone #s, when to feed pets, etc., will be there. The house is lived-in but clean and secure. We'll be happy to answer any question you may have. Non-smoker, please.
